Baked Quinoa and Apples
Baked Quinoa with Apples Recipe
- 1/2 cup Quinoa
- 1 cup water
- 2 eggs
- 5 Tbsp. Applesauce
- pinch of Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 2 tsp chopped pecans
- 3/4 cup apple
- 1 tsp honey
- Boil Water then add Quinoa and simmer for 10-15 mins.
- Pour into oven safe bowl, add Eggs, Apple Sauce, Salt and Cinnamon and broil on low in oven for 7 mins.
- Top with Pecans, Apple and Honey
