Cinnamon Custard

CinnamonCustard

Cinnamon Custard

Excellent recipe for any group, please remember to use heavy whipping cream, not half and half.

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Heavy Cream

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

2 large Eggs (Whole)

1/2 cup Sucralose Based Sweetener (Sugar Substitute)

1/8 tsp Salt

1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

6 tbsps Caramel Sugar Free Syrup

2 large Egg Yolks

DIRECTIONS

This delectable Mexican dessert can be prepared a day ahead, covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated.

In a medium-size heavy saucepan, combine cream and cinnamon. Heat over medium heat, whisking constantly to thoroughly blend cinnamon into cream, just until cream begins to steam. Do not boil. Remove from heat.

Heat oven to 300°F.

In a medium bowl, whisk eggs, egg yolks, sugar substitute and salt together until pale yellow and slightly thickened.

Using a soup ladle and whisking constantly, very gradually pour in the hot cream. When all the cream has been added, whisk in the vanilla extract.

Pour about 1/2 cup of the cream mixture into each of six 4-ounce custard cups (or pour entire mixture into a 2-quart round baking dish).

Place the cups or baking dish in a roasting pan. Carefully pour enough boiling water(about 4 cups) in the roasting pan to come halfway up the sides of the cups or baking dish.

Bake until custard is still slightly loose in center, about 30 minutes. (Bake the baking dish about 5 minutes more).

Using an oven mitt, carefully remove cups from water bath.

Serve warm, at room temperature or cold, toping each serving with 1 tablespoon of caramel syrup.

Costco May Be the Better Whole Foods Store

costoco

Whole Foods was once the most popular place to go for all things healthy and organic, but it seems that many shoppers are expanding their horizons — and reeling in savings — by shopping elsewhere. One of the nation’s most popular big-box retailers, Costco, has stepped up their organic offerings and consumers are definitely taking notice.

For the last three years, Costco has managed to outdo other conventional retailers when it comes to the sale of organic produce. And in 2015, the wholesaling giant’s $4 billion in organic sales surpassed Whole Foods, which reported only $3.5 billion.

Costco’s organic sales are growing so rapidly, that in 2016 the retailer announced that they would be pursuing an initiative to help their farmers purchase more land, so they can grow more organic food. CEO Craig Jelinek reportedly told investors, “We cannot get enough organics to stay in business day in and day out.”

On the other hand, Whole Foods continues to encounter difficulties of a different sort. While Costco is doing their best to keep with extremely high demand, Whole Foods has hit what the Chicago Tribune reportedly described as their “worst sales slump in more than a decade.”

After six consecutive quarters of same-store declines, Whole Foods was forced to close the doors of nine different stores.

Whole Foods has also been host to more than its fair share of scandals. For example, in 2016, Mike Adams reported on how the business was supporting Monsanto’s plans to obfuscate proper GMO labeling laws.

Whole Foods’ current decline and their reprehensible behavior lie in stark contrast with Costco. Assistant Vice President and General Merchandise Manager Heather Shavey says that Costco had been preparing for their rise to the top of the organic marketplace for more than five years. Shavey notes that while many retailers thought organics were nothing more than a passing trend, Costco chose to invest in the clean food market.

Clearly, their dedication has come with handsome rewards.

Not only has Costco taken an interest in the number of organic items offered in their stores, but they have also taken the entire organic landscape to heart. As Organic Authority explains, less than one percent of US farmland is certified organic, but Costco began looking for ways to help increase the amount of organic farmland in 2016.

Costco’s new program seeks to offer financial assistance to farmers looking to expand and grow their farms by purchasing more land. In return, Costco merely asks for “first dibs” on the organic produce that they grow. The retailer has even purchased its own cattle and is working with the owners of organic fields in Nebraska to raise them.

Not only is Costco making organic food more accessible, they are giving back to the industry by providing farmers with the opportunity for growth.

It is no wonder why Costco’s organic sales continue to soar.

Senator Caught Lying About Aborted Fetal Cells in Vaccines

California State Sen. Richard Pan caught on video LYING about aborted human fetal cell tissue used in vaccines

California state senator Richard Pan just can’t stop lying about vaccines. Two years ago, he was caught blatantly lying about mercury in vaccines, attempting to push the blatantly false, anti-science fiction that mercury is somehow safe to inject into children. Now, he’s been caught on video, falsely claiming that aborted human fetal tissue cell lines are not used in vaccines when even the CDC list them prominently in the excipients (ingredients) lists for multiple vaccines (see list below).

Both WI-38 and MRC-5 cell lines are derived from aborted human fetal tissue. The WI-38 cell line is widely known to be “derived from lung tissue of an aborted white (caucasian) female fetus,” as even the pro-vaccine Wikipedia website admits. As the Coriell Institute for Medical Research explains about the MRC-5 cell line / WI-38:

The MRC-5 cell line was developed in September 1966 from lung tissue taken from a 14 week fetus aborted for psychiatric reason from a 27 year old physically healthy woman. The cell morphology is fibroblast-like. The karyotype is 46,XY; normal diploid male. Cumulative population doublings to senescence is 42-48. G6PD isoenzyme is type B.

The WI-38 / MRC-5 cell lines are used in all the following vaccines, according to the CDC: (see the CDC.gov document at this link to prove it to yourself)

Adenovirus

DTaP/IPV/Hib

Hep A

Hep A / Hep B

MMR (MMR-II)

MMRV

Rabies

Varicella (chicken pox)

Zoster

Chicken pox vaccine ingredients include “human embryonic lung cell cultures” and “human diploid cell cultures”

The chicken pox (Varicella) vaccine, by the way, is listed by the CDC as having the following excipient ingredients which obviously include fetal tissue cell lines:

human embryonic lung cell cultures, guinea pig cell cultures, human diploid cell cultures (WI-38), human diploid cell cultures (MRC-5), sucrose, hydrolyzed gelatin, sodium chloride, monosodium L-glutamate, sodium phosphate dibasic, potassium phosphate monobasic, potassium chloride, EDTA (Ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid), neomycin, fetal bovine serum

From the CDC document linked above, here’s the relevant section:

Again, see this list for yourself at this CDC.gov link

This means that every parent giving their child a chicken pox vaccine is injecting their child with cell lines originally harvested from aborted human fetuses.

This is not a debate. This is not a conspiracy theory. This is established, admitted FACT that’s DENIED by vaccine pushers.

Isn’t it fascinating how anyone who cites a CDC document and points out that vaccines contain African Green Monkey kidney cells or aborted human fetal tissue cell lines is immediately branded a “conspiracy theorist” even when they are irrefutably, factually correct?

That’s the tactic of the lying, dishonest vaccine industry: Fill vaccines with the most grotesque, unclean and disease infested ingredients imaginable, then count on the fact that nobody will believe it when these facts are pointed out.

To this day, Richard Pan continues to insist that vaccines contain no harmful mercury and no human fetal tissue cell lines even when the CDC openly admits vaccines are deliberately made with mercury and human fetal tissue cell lines

Thus is not a conspiracy theory. It’s a confirmed fact. But it’s a fact that Richard Pan and other medical child molesters refuse to publicly admit to because they know if the truth came out, parents would go berserk over the fact that their children have been injected with abortion harvested human fetal tissue cell lines (and other bizarre ingredients) year after year, all while the vaccine industry has absolute legal immunity from all the damage caused by their defective products.
