Berry Smoothie with Flaxseeds-Dairy Free
This is one of the best smoothies for all women!
Flaxseeds, like nuts, add protein and fiber to a smoothie. Grind your flaxseeds before placing them in the blender.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ground flaxseeds
- 1 cup nut milk (almond milk should work great)
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 banana
- Place ingredients in blender.
- Blend until smooth.
